Healthcare Business Credit Corp. (HBCC) employs the Gateway Automated Web Scripting™ (AWS) module to communicated automatically with HBCC banks' Web Sites . As more and more banks are switching off the dial-up prompt-response information delivery methods they are forcing clients to return to a manual system to collect BAI and other files for further processing. Magnet Communications, Inc. to distribute the Gateway System™. Magnet was recently acquired by Digital Insight to form the leading on-line banking service entity in the US, with over 1,600 bank clients. Magnet will offer the Gateway system in ASP mode to their banks for resale to their key clients. Also, through this new alliance, Gateway and Magnet will provide a new Data Exchange service to banks and corporations worldwide. See:

GECC wins Straight-Through Processing (STP) Award from Deutsche Bank in recognition of GECC's "excellence in the quality of payment messages...". Payment messages between GECC and Deutsche Bank are processed through an on-line TCP/IP interface developed by Gateway. Approved transfer instructions are relayed to and acknowledged by the bank in a matter of seconds. Confirmations of the execution and incoming advices are also part of the on-line interface. See:

Gateway Systems, Inc. releases a new OFAC module. This module is designed to enable users to meet the requirements for the lookup of blocked countries, account holders and financial institutions, as maintained in the US Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) list. The module can be used as a standalone program or be integrated in the funds transfer programs to prevent the transfer of funds to undesirable parties, such as terrorist organizations.
